Shipping Policies

Shipping is free for most durable medical products and is noted in the product description.

Shipping costs for other products is determined in the check out process. Simply click on the shopping cart and your shipping costs will be listed. For answers to questions, please contact our office 855-228-8612, 8:00 a.m. -12:00 Pacific Standard Time.

Your order will be confirmed by return email. Your credit card will be billed as Patardie Investments, LLC. To place your order by phone call 1-855-228-8612. Shipping rates based upon continental United States only. Customers in Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico, please call for shipping charges before ordering.

Please verify your order information and complete your shipping information. Click the "Place Order" button to submit the order and accept the return policy. Once you click the "Place Order" button your order is entered, there will be no more order screens, and you will not be able to make further changes. Thank you!

Most orders placed before 11:00 a.m. PST are shipped the same business day, (Monday through Friday).

Please note that our shipping carriers do not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays. Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery of ALL Ground shipping orders, unless noted otherwise.

REFUSED SHIPMENT/UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGE
If you refuse a package upon arrival or your package is undeliverable due to customer error, we must charge your card for the shipping cost and shipper fee caused by your decision. This policy applies even if your order was originally sent to you via FREE shipping.

CANCELLING AN ORDER
In most cases, once an order is placed, we are not able to cancel the order due to the speed in which we process and ship orders. If you no longer want a product after the order has been placed, please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) via email or telephone once you have received the product. Unauthorized returns/refused shipments will not be accepted or credited.

Return Policy

Return Policy

When returning a product, you must contact us within 7days of receiving product to obtain a return merchandise authoriztion (RMA). RMA's expire after 30 days of issuance. You will be given the address for making the return as different products must be returned to different warehouses.

Your satisfaction is guaranteed, and for returnable products, we will refund you the cost within 30 days of purchase for products in unused, original condition. There is a 25% reprocessing fee for refunds. Products that are of a personal, health or safety nature, as many of our products are, may not be returnable.

All defective products are fully returnable.

Refund Process
Contact support@qualitymatters2me.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). or call 1-855-228-8612. Warehouse must receive items within 15 days of an RMA number being issued. All returns without an RMA number will not be accepted and cannot be credited.

For returns, we will need your name, address, and reason for return legibly written and sent to customerservice@qualitymatters2me.com.

Allow 7-10 days for processing your return once we receive it. Unfortunately, we cannot refund original shipping & handling charges unless an error occurred on our part in shipping your order. You will be responsible for return freight costs, even if the product was originally shipped for free.

Exchanges
To exchange a product, please order the replacement product(s) and return the original(s) in unused condition for refund. Please note that it may take up to 4 weeks to complete the entire return/refund process. A $3.00 fee in order to offset the cost of order processing will be applied.

Damaged Items
Please call us (1-855-228-8612) during our normal business hours Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to Noon PST to notify us of any damaged item. Please have your order number and the item description ready when you call. We will then contact the shipping company for the retrieval of the damaged item and send you a replacement order. Any items that have been used will void your right to return it.

Products that are on back order can be cancelled.  You can then choose another product.
